Rental bikes in Southern Spain

Cycle Sierra Nevada is the official BMC bike hire centre. We deliver rental bikes in southern Spain for example: Granada, Motril, Malaga, Almunecar and Nerja among other locations.

We have a complete range of road, gravel, MTB and e-bikes to choose from. Rent from us and you can be sure you get a high-quality carbon bike, our rental bikes are updated yearly. To book or to check availability and prices follow the simple steps below:

Get the rented bike delivered or picked up?

When you hire a bike from us you can choose to get the bike delivered to you or pick it up at our local shop in Vélez de Benaudalla located near Motril and Granada. The easiest way to get here is by car, taking a taxi to the shop and riding the bike back is possible if you live nearby.

Where to ride after you rent a bike?

From our rental shop, you can easily reach the mountains. If you want to learn more about what routes to do or where to ride, check out our recommended routes or climb guide. There you will find all the information you need about the routes in the areas as well, as the GPX file to download to your Garmin or Wahoo.

Rent a power meter or computer mount?

Do you want to add something extra to your bike hire? No problem, we offer a variety of extra features and products. Want to add pedals, power pedals or power crank to your booking, we got it. Need a Garmin mount? Just add it at the same time as you book your bike.

Bike rental Malaga

Are you staying in Malaga and looking to rent a quality carbon bike? It might be hard for you to pick up the bike from our local shop. But don't worry we deliver bikes to the area around Malaga too. When booking a bike make sure to select bike hire delivery. Bare in mind that all delivered bikes must be rented for at least 3 days or more.

  • On all the rental bikes they come equipped with two bottle cages. (Even if the picture only shows one.)

  • Yes, all our rental bikes have a pump attached to the frame. All bikes also come with a small saddle bag, inside the saddle bag you find a spare innertube and a pair of tire levers.

  • We have multiple Shimano Ultegra Di2 and Shimano 105 Di bikes, for your convenience they are prepared and leave the shop fully charged. If you rent for a longer period and need the be able to charge the bike you will be able to lend a charger cable from us.

  • You can choose to add insurance when you rent a bike from us. Our bike hire insurance covers the full value of the hired bike in the event of a crash or incidental accidental damage.

    We’ll also come and collect you by the roadside in the event of a crash or breakdown. It also covers the cost of a crash replacement bike. The insurance does not cover theft or loss of the hired bicycle.

Bike rental bike fit

Step 1

Measure your bike and write down the following;

A - Centre of crank spindle to the top of the saddle (best to take this from the non-drive side)

B - Tip of the saddle to the centre of the handlebars (if you have a short nosed saddle i.e. Specialized Mimic please indicate in Other Info section)

C - Centre of handlebars/stem to the centre of the wheel.
